What are your payment options?
We accept payment by credit or debit card through Google Checkout and PayPal. At this time we do not accept personal or business checks, cashier's check or money orders. We are not able to ship COD.

When will I receive my order?
Orders generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery from the date of payment. If item can not be delivered by carrier and is returned to us, BUYER IS RESPONSABILE for ALL reshipping, handeling and insurance fee's.

Can an order be shipped to a different address then the one listed in Google or PayPal?
For both, our and the buyer protection, we will only ship to the confirmed address provided form your Google or PayPal payment.

I live outside the continental US. Can you ship to me?
At this time we can ship only to addresses in the continental US. We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Virgin Islands, or US protectorates.

What is your return policy?
RETURNS: Returns are ONY accepted if the item you received is different than that of which was represented in the listing. Please ask any questions prior to your purchase. Returns must be requested WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM and must be returned in the same condition it was purchased including all cd's/dvd';s and manuals.
