RETURNS: Returns are ONY accepted if the item you received is different than that of which was represented in the listing. Please ask any questions prior to your purchase. Returns must be requested WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM and must be returned in the same condition it was purchased including all cd's/dvd';s and manuals.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges can be accommodated if possible, however the cost of shipping to return the item and for the reship of the exchange is at the BUYERS expense.
